Settlement
Payment settlement to Vendors is subject to platform policies, verification, and applicable deductions (commissions, taxes, fees)
Delivery & Logistics
Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and fulfillment responsibilities are defined by the Vendor unless otherwise stated.
Delays caused by Vendors, logistics partners, force majeure events, or incorrect user information are outside the direct control of Apni Desi Dukaan.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Return, refund, and cancellation policies may vary by Vendor and product category. Apni Desi Dukaan displays applicable policies but does not independently guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated in platform-wide policies.
